HP 15in Flat screen monitor .

This 15 inchs HP monitor is in good condition with the screen still intact (unbroken) and still comes on, but it takes time for it to come on. It keeps flashing once the power button is pressed and the menus keep surfacing. The monitor comes on at once if you are lucky but if not it keeps flashing and the menu items do come up on screen intermittently as well. That is why it is being sold as not working or for parts This happens sometimes and at times it just come on immediately without any fuss if you get lucky.
