Window Xp Professional Upgrade disc ?

Unsure if the Product key has been used. I was told its not been. But its to upgrade im running windows 7. So i cant use it. Any questions im happy to answer. No expert though. Booklets an disc in folder. take note product key may or may not be used. No returns if key has been used. VERSION 2002 10 pick up
