Apple PowerBook G4 OS 9.2 *

I have to offer my Apple PowerBook G4. Currently it will only start in safe mode however have been advised that a full install of an upgraded OS will allow the PowerBook to start up fully and run perfectly. Cheap fix for someone and then a great PowerBook. Offers welcome 60ono
